Cirque Climbing Gym
Cirque Climbing is the premiere destination for indoor climbing in the South Sound. This project consisted of an 11,250 square foot Butler pre-engineered metal building with two different eave heights and steel framed climbing walls with over 11,000 square feet of climbing surface. This includes a bouldering area along with top-rope and lead climbing walls with heights exceeding 42 feet. This is all paired with a design-build HVAC system that collects fine dust and climbing chalk for improved indoor air quality. The Project also includes 2,700 square feet of build-out area. This includes a reception desk, office, restroom, shower and storage spaces, all overlooked by a 1,280 square foot mezzanine for classes and events. On the exterior, the striking metal building is dressed with architectural metal panels and an innovative mountain design to help with modulation.
